1. Scope

These terms govern use of FluteTone (the “App”).

2. Eligibility

Minors should use the App with a parent or guardian’s consent where required.

3. License

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Subscriptions

• Name: FluteTone Pro
• Period: Annual or monthly (as shown on the App Store)
• Auto-renewal: Renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• After canceling, you keep Pro until the current period ends
• Cancel: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refunds: Follow Apple’s policies
• Purchase / restore: Also available in the App’s Settings

5. Prohibited conduct

Reverse engineering, circumventing purchases, or infringing rights in the App is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

The App is a practice aid and does not guarantee specific improvement. Analysis may vary by device and environment.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator’s location have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.
